I highly recommend this dealership because the service department is so knowledgeable and caring. I have a 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee Overland with a deteriorating leather dashboard. As most Overland owners know, this issue has been in existence for many years. If I may recall, in 2019 Jeep offered to repair the dashboard at no cost due to the worldwide issue. It took them several tries to finally fix my anti-theft engagement issue. It took almost two months and three trips to get it done. Does seem to be fixed finally so thats good. Beyond it taking forever to fix, there was a lack of communication and follow-up throughout the entire process. All in all, it is the same old same old with dealership mechanics which is why I try to avoid at all costs...sadly seems cars are becoming more and more proprietary forcing us to take it to the dealerships 🤔
2nd time i didn't get vehicle back even with appointment. First time it was end of day after being there all day.2nd time didn't get back until next day after being without my truck for almost two days.the truck still has backlash after a repair was done.

Took the vehicle in for a recall 95B. Almost everything was perfect, but the technician lacked the proper skills to effectively do the job. He failed to do the inspection correctly. He failed to properly troubleshoot a sound issue and disregarded the customer concerns. They need to train their technicians better
