My wife and I were in a bad spot where we were planing to buy a new vehicle in the near future but we had to replace one right then and there. We told the dealership we didn't want to test anything until we knew we would be approved for a loan and they were very understanding. After a few days going back and forth with our credit union and the banks whitten was working with, they ultimately found a better offer than we could on our own. They are extremely patient and kind. Padram, our sales person, had to ride with us in three different trims of the same Cherokee so we could narrow down the perfect one. And I'm sure he would have gladly let us test more if we hadn't nailed it on the third try. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We actually did most of our communication through texts which was extremely helpful considering both my wife and I work 50+ hours a week. Overall this dealership is great. They know they have to adjust for the next generation of buyers and they are miles ahead of previous dealerships I've used.
Trevon was great. He made sure that I got what I wanted. He gave me options and broke everything down so I understood. I would go back again.
I appreciate everything Wilbert Connor did to get us into our new vehicle. Me and my husband weren't 100% sure what we wanted and Mr. Connor gladly walked with us around the lot, answering all of our questions about each vehicle we were interested in. Even after we bought the vehicle he asked us if we had any other questions about the vehicle, if we would like any demonstrations of its features etc. Mr. Connors went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it.
One of the best purchasing experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Enough attention but not too much both with the salesperson and management. The financial services were quick and fast so we could get our vehicle and be on our way. Josh Turner was helpful and friendly. Only thing not done was the State Inspection sticker was not changed to the current month and was 5 months old on the new vehicle.
I knew coming into the dealership that I was upside down in the vehicle that I was driving, the staff worked with me until I was able to get into something that would suit my needs and family. My family has been buying from Whitten through 11 years and 6 vehicles. Therefore, buying from Whitten was almost a no-brainer. Yesterday (3/17/18) was my first buying experience with this dealership. It was a well spent 6-7 hrs. Mr. Bruce Anderson made the process easier and more understandable to me. The financial department was also great to work with. I ended up buying a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and I love it! We are now a full Jeep owning family of four!

Curtis Smith worked with us in buying our Pacifica and we could not have been happier. He was pleasant to work with and professional. On two separate vacations we rented a Chysler van and really enjoyed the features and functions of the car; however, the new model was a little different and Curtis was patient and knowlegeable with our many questions, even verifying information to be sure it was correct!
