My service advisor, Tracey Boone, is awesome. She makes sure my vehicle is ready for pick-up on time and keeps me apprised of the status of the work as needed. The loaner cars are nice as well and they try to give a loaner that is similar to your vehicle. I purchased my 2019 Dodge Durango Blacktop from Trevon. The purchase experience was excellent and I HIGHLY recommend him as well.
Daniel did a great job. The only issue I had was waiting for at least a couple of hours waiting to sign the papers. I think you need to do something to streamline that process.

Highly recommend!! My service advisor, Adam Fogg, kept me in the loop while my Jeep was being serviced. I added a few extra things at drop off (ex. State inspection and repair estimate for a dent on the door) and Adam assured me he could get it done. Mid day I received a call with the quote.
