I purchased my Jeep wrangler from them back in 2014 and then moved to a different area (that Jeep dealership was horrible). I moved back to Richmond and came back to Whitten Bros... they still had my file from all those years ago, don't push unnecessary repairs, are timely, and fair. First time taking new Wagoneer in for maintenance and also the recall they caught. Such smooth and great service. And they Ubered me back home since I did not need a rental vehicle. And Ubered me in to pick up. I did feel bad about the gas in the tank being so low. I planned to fill it when I picked it up. But they had filled it. That’s a lot for a Wagoneer. Shockingly kind but I will have it full next time. Never take advantage of kindness.

I needed my damaged instrument cluster in my vehicle replaced. An appointment was set and a new cluster was installed with no issues. No more eye sores when looking at the speedometer. Great service.
Friendly as usual. I used the Express oil change service. Got there at 10:30 and was on my way around noon. Quick turnaround considering I got there at prime time.

I like the service and the video they took explaining the issues. But the wait time is too long. I almost waited for 6 hours to get my oil change done. It would be great if you reduce the wait time.
The Whitten Brothers dealership exemplifies the customer service that is needed everywhere. I came specifically for express service on Saturday and of course there were a few cars already lined up. Greeted by Paul O’Brien, one of the express service advisors, he was super helpful. You could tell the service he provided to customers was genuine. He was able to get me in and out. All the service and salesman were great. Overall great atmosphere in this dealership. Definitely found my new home dealer !

I recently needed an emergency, last-minute light service for my Jeep Wagoneer and was truly impressed with the service at Whitten Brothers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Richmond. Service representative Paul went above and beyond to squeeze me in and got me on the road within a few minutes. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I had come in with my 2022 Ram for intermittent issues for Radio and transmission. They were not verified by technician. Unfortunately I was not informed that my beautiful Ram was not under warranty after the repair. It is a Canadian vehicle. After voicing my frustration, Jason Vaughn stepped in and reversed the diagnostic fee of which I am greatly appreciative of! I will be visiting this dealership again when I have other issues. Thankfully I have aftermarket Warranty I purchased with vehicle. Again kudos to you Jason!
