First- let me state, everyone I came into contact with was either cordial or downright nice. That being said, their system is flawed. An appointment, most anywhere else in the world, means you are seen on or near the time you make an appointment. I made an appointment for 0830, a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotation under the Jeep Wave program. Simple enough. I get there promptly at 0826 and I am told that the appointment only means I can see a service rep at that time (read into this, I get to wait in whatever line ...

My service leader gets a A+! If memory serves me right his name was Chris? It was raining this day and he was thoughtful to drive my car into the "docking" area once service work was complete to avoid me getting wet! He also noticed mud when opening my door so he quickly cleaned it up! What I most appreciated about this oil change experience is the communication! My 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan wouldn't start. Had it towed to Whitten Brothers. The service representative Tracey was very helpful. I got a call later that day telling me what the problem was and how much it was going to cost. Next morning I got a call telling me it was all set. Picked it up that afternoon. Great service.

I was some what satisfied with my service. In the past, they away top of the antifreeze the power steering and everything else. Every oil change they are supposed to grease then front axle. This time they didn't Wonder why
