                The Dodge Charger is offered with a 3.6L Pentastar V6 Engine.  Built with a die-cast aluminum block with cast-iron bore liners, the compact, light design of the 3.6L Pentastar® V6 engine produces an exciting 292 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque power with quiet operation. The engine has also been designed to meet all worldwide emission standards.

                The Dodge Charger is also offered with a 5.7 L HEMI V8 engine.  The 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 engine with Multi-Displacement System (MDS) Fuel Saver Technology generates 390 horsepower and 407 lb-feet of torque. Variable Valve Timing increases power output without sacrificing fuel economy by constantly adjusting the camshaft timing based on required performance. MDS deactivates half of the engine's cylinders when less power is needed.  

                The Charger also offers a 6.4L V8 engine.  In addition to world-class performance, the new 6.4L V8 engine gets-up and goes ? from 0-60 in the high four-second range ? and with a top speed of 175 mph.
