I picked up my 2021 Atlas three weeks ago. Since I’m not driving it to work every day, I waited until I hit 500 miles before writing this review.

I worked with Adrian Boktor who is one of the newer sales folks on my car purchase, and he is phenomenal. He demonstrated himself to be an honest broker, and great communicator. I purchased a vehicle last night with Willie and Mike Martin in financing. This was such an easy process. I let Willie know i was coming and the car was ready waiting for me when i arrived. Visited here recently while considering a vehicle purchase. Our first sales experience was exceptional, with the salesperson working hard to understand our needs and desires. We were then passed to another associate to share the workload, who was less engaging. In the end, we postponed our purchase due to financial reasons, although we may consider this dealership again when we are ready.
I was in the market to upgrade my f150 to a 250/2500. Austin showed us one truck on the lot that fit what we were looking for and went to Ashland for the one that we were really interested in. He was great the managers were quick and very honest with pricing. This is the first time I’ve ever owned Mopar and will definitely shop here again!
